Blocking access can be done through Workflow setup by the Implementation Team.
If the Implementation Process has been completed yet you still wish to use this option, please reach out to support@archdesk.com.
Here are some examples of what we can block (access-wise) in regards to the Budget:
- We are able to block the access of a user from seeing the Budget - if access is granted that means the person can view and edit the Budget
- We are able to have only the Responsible Persons marked on the Budget approve financial documents (like Invoices and POs)
