Inside Archdesk, you can extract Expenses per Project or Overall, depending to your reporting needs.
Extracting Expenses per Project
In order to extract all the Expenses you have logged for a single Project, you need to proceed with the below steps:
- Go to the Projects tab
- Choose the Project you wish to export the data for
- Scroll down on the side menu until you reach Expenses
- Go to the last page of your Expenses
- Right click on the data table
- Select Export All
- Select the export format you wish for
Extracting Overall Expenses
In order to extract all the Expenses you have logged for your company, you need to proceed with the below steps:
- Go to the Financials tab
- Go to the Expenses side menu
- Go to the last page of your Expenses
- Right click on the data table
- Select Export All
- Select the export format you wish for
